Brickshore Media Public Relations & Social Media internship program provides college students with hands-on experience in the publicity field and the music industry.
Description: Public relations and marketing firm is seeking a highly-motivated, organized and creative Public Relations and Social Media intern for the Spring & Summer 2020 semesters.
Responsibiltes: Creating and distributing press releases, contacting media outlets, representing clients at events, developing publicity campaign for clients, assisting with press kit creation, client meetings and special events, building and updating media lists/databases, and creating opportunities for clients to engage in via social media platforms to help increase their followers. Responsible in assisting publicists by planning and executing social media campaigns which includes analytic reports, social media trends and creation of content on social platforms.
Requirements: excellent verbal and written communication skills, well-organized and self-motivated, understanding of MS Office and all social network platforms. iMovie and Adobe InDesign are recommended, but not required. Students must be getting college credit.
